ABOUT ME
I grew up in a family that always cared for me and my siblings to be active throughout my childhood, however, when I started working, I prioritised making money over my health and stopped any sort of training.
To make things worse, when I moved to London, alone and without money, my stress levels went through the roof and keeping active was in my head "not possible".
At that point I had worked in hospitality for 10 years, most of them as a bartender. Spending all that time in that environment led me to develop bad relationships with alcohol, food and health in general.
Drinking every day, eating excessive junk food and working at night was the opposite of being healthy. As a consequence I got dangerously underweight and with the lowest self-confidence.
I decided I didn't want to live a life like that.
I prioritised my health, started training, and never stopped again.
I obtained my NASM Personal training qualification when I thought: "I want other people to experience this type of change too".
After more than 6 years in the industry, I have created the Power Progression Coaching method which is well-researched, practical, and easy-to-follow.
